When we first started looking for an out of state property for our retirement complex, we were clueless about locations, pricing, and what should even be on our “checklist”. We didn’t know where to start, all we had was a “fuzzy” idea of what we were looking for. We found your listing on an internet search site, not knowing what to expect, but we quickly began to realize how lucky we were to have found you!
From our first meeting in early July, to our closing in mid-January, you handled our transaction with such knowledge, easy-going professionalism, and patience! You drove us to look at over 50 properties in 3 counties, (I shudder to think of the mileage you put on your car!) You pointed out features to properties that would otherwise have been overlooked by us. Your knowledge of the area, it’s land and water features, alternative energy, waste issues, fencing, agriculture, geology, was an immense help to us. You always answered our numerous texts, emails, and phone calls quickly and kept us informed of the market.
When we finally found our dream property, you managed the entire “due diligence” list and masterfully communicated any issues that arose. You watched over every document at the closing (which was so helpful and comforting as we could not even attend) and we are now the proud owners of the most beautiful 57 acres in the area! We are so grateful that you were watching out for our interests every step of the way.
