Last week, Movement Mortgage hosted its annual Top 100 event for area real estate brokers.  This is a time of recognition for the 2,000+ brokers in the greater Asheville area showcasing those who have led the market in sales for the past year.  I’m pleased to share that I was one of those 100, thus ranking me in the top 5% of this market.   Not only that, but Keller Williams Professionals hosted its annual celebration last night.   I’m an affiliate broker with Keller Williams, the largest brokerage in the nation, and in our market, there are over 400 brokers within Keller Williams Professionals.  Last night it was announced that I ranked 7th out of these 400+ brokers, meaning I’m in the top 1.75% of all Keller Williams brokers.  I didn’t realize I was ranked so highly, as I simply do what I know to do; working diligently for my clients.  In the past twelve months, I’ve been awarded “Top Producer” eight times in terms of Listings Written, Sales Contracts Written and Closed Volume.  Its a pleasure to serve my clients, and if you are looking to purchase or sell property here in the western North Carolina mountains, please call.  Would enjoy talking with you and being of assistance.
