We are pleased to announce that we had the opportunity to represent the buyer of an outstanding 23 acre farm that never came to market.  How?  We caught wind of an estate that was going through probate and one day I personally drove to the home of the executor, knocking on the door.  Turns out the executor and her husband were very friendly and open to hearing the interest of a buyer client of mine.

After chatting on the back porch for half an hour, they said they would let me know once the estate was settled, while also stating that they’d already had a number of others reach out with interest in the old family homestead.  So I continued touching base via mail and just a few weeks ago received a call offering to meet me and my buyer client on the property.
