We are pleased to have represented the buyers of this exceptionally nice home overlooking Spring Creek.  Situated in Madison County in a rural part of the county, this was the ideal homestead for anyone looking to set up a garden, livestock or just enjoy being in the mountains.

The land was eleven acres with more than 1,000′ of frontage on the year round Spring Creek.  At this point, the creek is approximately 30′ wide and runs full all year.  Fortunately it is well below the house so that there is no flood plain of concern.  The bridge over the creek to the main part of the property is quite substantial with large reinforced concrete headwalls on both sides, four steel i-beams across with ample wood decking on its surface.

On one side of the property nearest the paved road is approximately one acre of flat open field, ideal for livestock or gardening.  Closer to the house you’ll find approximately two acres of open area also ideal for gardening and livestock.
